• Director of Quality Service, Hospice of Northern Virginia, 1993 - 1996 Developed, implemented and maintained dynamic organization-wide Quality Service program by facilitating quality improvement project teams, conducting customer service training and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards for quality as required by Medicare, Medicaid and JCAHO.
• Counseling Manager, Hospice of Northern Virginia, 1989 - 1993 Managed Social Work, Chaplain, Bereavement and Art Therapy programs including supervision of 26 staff members. Provided consultation and education to community groups. Participated on multiple organization-wide committees and task forces.
